Top Ten Character Driven Novels

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

This week's theme is Ten Books For Readers Who Like Character Driven Novels.

In my experiences, there seem to be a lot more character driven books in contemporary than there are in other genres, which tend to lean toward the action driven side, so this list will be almost entirely, if not totally, contemporaries. Oops? I love all of these books a ton, so this might as well be a mini master list of my favorites. :)

1. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

2. Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson

4. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

3. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

4. Just Listen by Sarah Dessen

5. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

6. Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

7. On the Fence by Kasie West

8. Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta

9. Everything Leads to You by Nina Lacour

10. Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

Random side note: formatting is an absolute nightmare, so no pretty covers in this post :( hopefully I can figure this out by next week!
