It's February, friends, and you know what that means! Valentine's Day is this month! I love love so Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays (second only to Christmas because Christmas), and I wanted to share my love for love by sharing all my favorite V-Day and love related things in a post. (If you're one of those people who are opposed to all things Valentine's for whatever reason, entering the giveaway at the bottom of this post might help remedy that a little. *winks*)

First, let's talk favorite love/romance/otherwise swoony quotes from YA novels:

“And now I’m looking at you,” he said, “and you’re asking me if I still want you, as if I could stop loving you. As if I would want to give up the thing that makes me stronger than anything else ever has. I never dared give much of myself to anyone before – bits of myself to the Lightwoods, to Isabelle and Alec, but it took years to do it – but, Clary, since the first time I saw you, I have belonged to you completely. I still do. If you want me.”
-Jace Herondale, City of Glass by Cassandra Clare

“For the two of us, home isn't a place. It is a person. And we are finally home.”
-Anna Oliphant, Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

“I choose you over everyone.”
-Levi, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

"It's our rain, Beth." Her head barely shakes to show her confusion while I rub the back of my neck and search for my courage. "I told you I loved you in this rain and when you doubt my words, I want you to look at this bottle.”
-Ryan Stone, Dare You To by Katie McGarry

“I love you. Remember. They cannot take it.”
-Lauren Oliver, Delirium

“But the you who you are tonight is the same you I was in love with yesterday, the same you I’ll be in love with tomorrow.”
-Adam Wilde, If I Stay by Gayle Forman

"Marry me," he said. "Marry me, Tess. Marry me and be called Tessa Herondale. Or be Tessa Gray, or be whatever you wish to call yourself, but marry me and stay with me and never leave me, for I cannot bear another day of my life to go by that does not have you in it.”
-Will Herondale, Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

"I am," he said. He was staring at me, and I could see the corners of his eyes crinkling. "I'm in love with you, and I'm not in the business of denying myself the simple pleasure of saying true things. I'm in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we're all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we'll ever have, and I am in love with you.”
-Augustus Waters, The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

“I worry because I care. Gods help me, I know I shouldn't, but I do. So I will always tell you to be careful, because I will always care what happens.”
-Chaol Westfall, Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas

“Meeting your soul mate is like walking into a house you’ve been in before—you will recognize the furniture, the pictures on the wall, the books on the shelves, the contents of drawers: You could find your way around in the dark if you had to.”
-Jandy Nelson, I'll Give You the Sun

And here are some of my very favorite lovey books:

Because some people want to fill the world with silly love songs...

My 8tracks playlist with a few of my favorite love songs:

A beautiful cover of my current favorite love song: You Are in Love by Taylor Swift!

And of course we've gotta talk romantic movies because that's important.

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for (and the reason you're all here, probably): the giveaway! I'm giving away *cue drumroll* a SIGNED paperback of Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins!
The Rules (because yes, there must be rules):
1. US only! (so sorry, shipping is expensive!)
2. You must be 13 or older or have a parent's permission to enter.
3. No cheating please! Cheaters never win and winners never cheat and stuff. I'll be checking entries to make sure no one picks up entries for tasks they don't complete, so don't be that person.
4. You have to be comfortable with giving me your address (for shipping reasons, not creepy reasons).
5. I'm not responsible for anything that happens to the package once its been shipped. Sorry, it's out of my control after that!
Anyway, good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!
